Divesh Nath is the founder of Masscomedia, which has so far won over 65 awards in various categories of short films. MassCoMedia is his vision and has been created in consonance with some of the best media professionals in the country. Masscomedia is a media infrastructure company with revenues in media-education, broadcasting, media-BPO and TV production. A student in MassCoMedia will absorb a true media company experience rather than just textbook education. MassCoMedia empowers students to create content. It's a new-age media-mass communications institute for the study of Broadcast journalism, TV production, Print journalism,
Animation and other allied areas. The first nodal institute is at Noida. It is a 450-student facility with two complete industry standard TV studios, non-linear editing suites, radio studio, photography studio, e-classrooms and commercial content development. During the past six years, films made by our students have won 65 awards in various prestigious film festivals and competitions, including the Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festivals 2012, 2013, 2014, where one of our film 'Sammaan' bagged the first prize in the documentary section out of 237 entries. Masscomedia is also privileged to be associated with CBSE for excellence in film making and media studies,
and has recently been selected by Delhi University to design and conduct online e-learning courses for their students. There is a team of 50 at Masscomedia which makes over 70 shortfilms a year since 2007.

Divesh Nath is the Managing Editor and Publishing Director of Delhi Press magazines (estd 1938) for over twenty years and is at the helm of publishing Woman's Era and Alive magazines. The group publishes about 45 lakh copies of 32 magazines in 9 different languages. He has an enriched experience of working in a media company that publishes and prints some of the best-known periodicals in India. He has been in the overseas operations in advertising, editing and publishing in the family owned business of Delhi Press Magazines since 1985. Some of the popular delhi Press magazines are Sarita, Grihshobha, Champak, Woman's Era, Alive, Caravan, Mukta, Saras salil, Suman Saurabh, and others.

Divesh Nath is the MD of Pramod Engineering, which is into manufacturing of high speed binding machines and web offsets for printing of newspapers and magazines. It has over 300 installtions worldwide and an engineering production facility in New Delhi with over 100 production and design people.
Divesh Nath created an art gallery, The Lexicon Art and forum for the sale of art from upcoming
masters of India in www.thelexiconart.com. Has written mastered art book - 'The Lexicon Collection- 101 Contemporary Indian Artists', which was released in 2011. He is currently working on the second edition of the book.

An alumnus of Modern School, New Delhi, Divesh Nath is a qualified Chartered Accountant, 1996 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with a graduation from Hans Raj College of Delhi University. He also has a diploma in mechianical engineering and other certifcates in law and public affairs with estabilished business schools of India.
